Bcaa (branched Chain Amino Acids) is an important supplement in the field of sports nutrition and bcaa contain three essential amino acids:-


  • Leucine
  • Isoleucine
  • Valine


Amino Acids are known as building blocks of protein. When you consume protein food than this food gets digested into individual amino acids and the short chain of these amino acids is absorbed in the bloodstream.

  • Our body prepare Non-Essential Amino Acids itself. Non essential amino acids are also important as essential variety but body prepare these aminoa acids by using some vitamins and other amino acids. Alanine, Asparagine, Aspartic Acid, Cysteine, Glutamic Acid, Glutamine, Glycine, Proline, Serine and Tyrosine are non essential amino acids.

Bcaa is important especially for athletes because it gets metabolized in muscles than liver. It means either it is used to build new proteins or burned as fuel to create energy. Major gains are seen by supplementing Bcaa both in muscle strength and muscle size.

Arginine can be taken 3 gram to 5 gram 15 minutes before workout. You can use any one from these supplements and if you are an advance level athlete than you can take arginine with bcaa otherwise use only one supplement from these at a time.
