Some protein powders and sources cause brain atrophy, thyroid suppression and decreased strength like problems so all fit people must avoid these protein source. And the worst protein source is Soy protein which many people use who avoid non veg and meat.

Maximum persons which has less muscle building amino acids in their diet use soy products to get these muscle building amino acids.

But using plant based proteins like soy are toxic for humans. Soy beans are one of the most sprayed crop. Soy contains isoflavones that release estrogen in the body which causes hormonal changes in men and decreases testosterone production.
Yes, you can consume up to 50 gram of soy a day but it can be consumed more than that in a day so avoiding soy products is better. A study of American College of Nutrition shows that taking 2 to 3 servings of tofu in a week can cause brain atrophy like problems.

Soy contains isoflavones and a Japanese study show that consuming 35 mg of isoflavones per day leads to thyroid suppression like problems and in just three months.

Many Soy protein supplement companies give some positive information about soy but using it in place of dairy products and non veg is not good for health.

Consuming too much soy protein decreases muscular strength, testosterone levels and increases cortisol levels when consumed after workout.That's why consuming dairy products in place of soy products is best for non vegetarians.
