3. Master Machine Pull Ups

If you are not able to do body weight pull ups than you can do machine pull ups in controlled form and with complete range of motion and can master your pull ups day by day by decreasing the weights in the machine.

Besides these tips take 3-5 minutes of rest between the sets and keep the starting reps range of 4 to 6 reps till you get perfect in pull ups.
