Effective Home Remedies to lift "Breast" naturally

1. Focused Exercises:

Doing focused exercises to tone the chest can be perhaps one of the best natural remedies that exist. We recommend the following:

Push ups: This is one of the most recommended exercise to firm the breasts. All you need to do is push-ups to strength the pectoral muscles below the breasts. This is an exercise the contributes greatly to shape the breasts, as well as reduce fat deposition when it abounds around the breasts.

Another exercise may be to join the palms in front of you, to the level of the breasts and with the equidistant elbows pointing towards the sides, press one palm against the other and loose. Do this simple but effective exercise with several sets of repetitions.

Finally, a very useful exercise that we advice you to do is to use light weight dumbbells (5 or 7 kg) and raise the arms laterally (towards the sides of the body), then lower them and continue with several repetitions for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Mask the breasts with natural products:

This is very effective home remedy and you should apply it once a week for best results. It consists of the elaboration of a mask of breasts with the following ingredients:

1. Two table spoon of plain yogurt
2. Two table spoon of vitamin e rich oil.
3. Two eggs.

Blend all these ingredients and make a paste and apply this paste on the breasts and rub it gently. Then  leave to act for half an hour and rinse with cold water.

3. Massage with special oils:

This technique consists of massaging the breasts two to three times a week applying olive oil, coconut, grape and other very desirable, such as some essential oils such as green peppermint, carrot, cypress, lemon grass or seeds.
